Head of Family
Jonathan Petch is Head of our Family Department. He deals with all aspects of relationship breakdown including divorce, financial issues on divorce, children matters, cohabitation law and domestic violence.
Jonathan was educated at Eggbuckland Community College and after completing his legal studies at Northampton University and Exeter University started his legal career with Sitters & Co. in Plymouth, joining Thompson & Jackson in 2008.
Jonathan is a member of Resolution and of Solicitors Regulatory Authority Family Law. Jonathan has a young daughter and when time permits enjoys running, walking and climbing.
