Rex Buscombe is our Litigation Partner. He has extensive experience in Civil Court work and dispute resolution and developed a particular expertise in disputes over inheritance and Wills.
Rex was originally from Cornwall, attending Newquay Grammar School before University and becoming an Articled Clerk in London. He came back in the direction of the West country, stopping for a year or so at Eastbourne before joining Thompson & Jackson in 1985.
Rex is a Member of the Association of Contentious Trust and Probate Specialists and is an assessor of continuing education courses for the Solicitors Regulation Authority. He is also a Member of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers. Rex has three sons who are just grown up and now he no longer needs to spend every weekend helping with their rugby he spends his spare time enjoying modern art, theatre and literature.
