Rex Buscombe is a Solicitor and Consultant with Thompson and Jackson and Head of our Litigation Department. He has extensive experience in civil court work and dispute resolution,particularly disputes relating to Wills, Inheritance and Property.
Rex is a Member of the Association of Contentious Trust and Probate Specialists (ACTAPS), a national organisation of lawyers with specialist training and experience in disputes relating to Wills, Trusts, Probate and Inheritance.
Rex was originally from Cornwall, attending Newquay Grammar School before going to University and becoming an Articled Clerk in London. After a few years as a solicitor in London and Sussex, he came back to the West Country, joining Thompson & Jackson in 1985.
Now that his three sons are grown up, he has more time to enjoy modern art, theatre and literature.
