Tony Daniel is a Consultant with us and he is a Notary Public and Higher Court Advocate. He is one of the most experienced and senior advocates in Plymouth and has a specialism in criminal defence work, road traffic defence, all forms of liqueur and other licensing including taxi licensing and is also experienced in dealing with planning matters and health and safety issues. Tony is a member of the Legal Services Committee funding review panel and the local conciliation office for the Solicitors Regulation Authority.
Tony was educated at Roundhay School Leeds before completing his studies at Leeds University. He ran his own practice in Plymouth for many years until 1989 when he became a consultant at Foot & Bowden (as it was then) and we were very pleased when he joined the firm in 2004.
When Tony has time away from work he enjoys gardening, home, hearth and family.
