If you are about to market your property for sale you will need to arrange a Home Information Pack (HIP) – it is unfortunately a legal requirement.

The HIP includes:-

• Copies of the deeds for your property and a Land Registry plan.
• Local Authority and Water & Drainage Searches.
• Energy Performance Certificate.

As soon as you instruct us we will then contact your estate agent so they can immediately set about marketing your property.

Even better – come to us first, Before instructing an agent. That way we can recommend the right agent for you. Letting us arrange your HIP first may well be cheaper.

Our HIP’s are professionally and speedily prepared including full Local Authority Searches (and not a personal search which some find unacceptable) and are available as hard copies, as a CD or on-line.
