If you are selling then, once instructed, we secure a copy of your title and subsequently meet with you at the property itself taking a diagnostic approach from the outset. If there are issues to be discussed which could impact on your sale then Paul and his team will discuss solutions and options with the intent of ensuring a robust and comprehensive contract pack is issued as quickly as possible. It is very much a problem solving exercise and designed to ensure you can reach a point of exchange of contracts as quickly and efficiently as possible.
If you are purchasing a property then, again, Paul and his team will review the contract papers supplied by the sellers’ solicitors and, if required, visit the property to iron out points of concern. You will have a meeting with Paul to go through all the paperwork and also to discuss any further ingredients which are relevant to your purchase. All site inspections are included within our fees.
