Karen has more than 20 years of experience dealing with property matters having worked as an experienced conveyancer in several established law firms in the South West.

Karen deals with buying and selling of freehold and leasehold properties; HMOs; first registration of unregistered property; transfer of part; transfer of equity; deferred payment agreements; declarations of Trust; auctions; new builds; affordable housing; mortgages; re-mortgages and Help to Buy schemes.

Karen will primarily be dealing with all property transactions in Cornwall as she is based in our Saltash office and responsibility for some Plymouth transactions as well.

Karen also has a grasp and experience of commercial property work. Karen also has experience with private client work such as drafting Wills and Lasting Power of Attorneys, so Karen has a thorough grounding of clients’ needs.

Karen is a member of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives; The Cornwall Law Society and The Law Society Property Section.

Outside of work Karen enjoys spending time with her family and exploring the beaches and moors in and around Cornwall. Being an ex-hockey player for Caradon Hockey Club, Karen likes to keep fit.
